Each cohort is intentionally capped at 10 people.

That means every person in your group is in the same season as you, navigating the same nutrition phase, and tackling the same challenges. You’ll build friendships, trade tips, and most importantly? Stick to your plan because your team is counting on you.

Each cohort has a specific focus depending on your periodization goals.

Our current offerings include:

  • Performance Cohorts: Build muscle in the off-season and transition into race prep for the summer.

  • Pure Muscle Building Cohorts: Dedicated groups for men and women. Don’t worry, no co-mingling here.

  • Midlife & Menopause Cohorts: Navigate peri and post-menopause with a group of women going through the same hormonal transitions.

  • Mom Strong Cohorts: Rebuild your health and fitness foundation after putting everyone else first for too long.

But Wait, Where Are the Fat Loss Cohorts?

Sorry to say… we don’t have any.

We are not a fat-loss-first company. And that’s by design.

Why?

Because we care about fat loss results that last, not the kind that leave you worse off six months later.

So does that mean we don’t have fat loss results?

Absolutely not.

Usually, after you sign up for your initial cohort, that cohort will transition into a fat loss phase after your first three months (or more) in the group.

All calls are recorded and uploaded to your group within 48 hours, allowing you to catch up at any time.

What if I don’t know which cohort is right for me

Can I do a cohort and later transition to 1:1 coaching?

Absolutely. Many of our clients start with 1:1 and transition to a cohort, or vice versa, depending on the level of support they need at the time.


 Do I have to track macros?

We teach tracking as a tool; it's not the only way, but for the cohort environment, you will be required to track your food and your scale weight. You'll learn how to use it effectively and how to transition away from it when you're ready.


 I’m a coach, can I join a cohort?

We are currently only enrolling cohort seats for personal use. If you are a Nutrition Coach, Health Coach, or Macro Coach, we’d love to work with you 1:1!
