Phase I: Building the foundations - January
The first 4 weeks are all about stability and consistency.

Phase II: Periodization Prep - February
These next 4 weeks are about understanding what actually drives long-term results.

The final 4 weeks focus on applying everything you’ve learned.

How to adjust calories intelligently
How to set yourself up for future success (fat loss, build, or maintenance)
