What You’ll Experience:
Each week, you’ll join Laura and Kate for a live Monday call at 11 AM Central (recordings available for replay) where we’ll teach one core concept connected to that month’s periodization phase.

Before Base Camp even begins, you’ll unlock your data superpower. In just 7 days, you’ll learn how to read, track, and interpret your metrics using our signature EPN spreadsheet, so you walk into December already thinking like a coach, not a confused client.
Phase I
Metabolic Home Base | Lock In Your Lifestyle + Maintenance Mastery
Say goodbye to food fear and macro math stress. This is where you build your baseline, discovering your true maintenance calories, stabilizing your intake, and locking in effortless consistency. We’ll show you how to use your spreadsheet to gain clarity, confidence, and full-body trust.
Phase II
Strategic Build | Fueling Muscle Without Losing Balance
This is where most of us tend to lose our bearings, but not you. You’ll learn how to gradually increase intake, support muscle growth, and experience more food freedom without losing your physique or your sanity. We’ll show you how to confidently find your upper range of maintenance and enter a build (if appropriate), without the usual fear or fluff.
Phase III
Data-Driven Fat Loss | Confident, Controlled, and Custom to You
No crash diets, no guessing games. You’ll learn how to intelligently set up and execute a fat-loss phase that’s sustainable, biofeedback-led, and personalized. You’ll walk away knowing exactly how to adjust, when to pivot, and how to end a cut without rebounding, a skill most people never master.
By the end of Base Camp, you’ll have experienced every major phase of our proven periodization system and built the confidence, clarity, and real-life results that only come from doing the work alongside experts.

We do recommend trying out TPA (our training program) since it’s basically a free with your Base Camp discount. :) But if you’ve got something you love, keep rolling with it!
