As the founder of Elevated Pursuit Nutrition, I’m obsessed with helping driven individuals move from guessing to truly understanding their bodies. With a background in engineering and a lifelong love for teaching, I blend data-driven science with real-life strategy to help my clients build flexible nutrition systems that fit their season, goals, and lifestyle.

Whether you’re a numbers nerd or just tired of spinning your wheels, I’ll help you see the why behind what we do, so you can make confident, sustainable decisions that last long after coaching ends.

I help ambitious women bridge the gap between performance and physiology through science-driven coaching that actually works. My clients are the women who track macros, miles, and ovulation, but still feel stuck, stressed, or disconnected from their bodies.

With a Master’s in Psychology and a decade of coaching experience, I blend mindset, biofeedback, and strategy to help you rebuild trust with your body, support your hormones, and align your training and nutrition with your real life. Whether you’re marathon training, TTC, or learning to slow down without losing yourself, this is where you’ll find the clarity, structure, and support to feel strong, capable, and fully in sync with your body again.

I’m the coach you call when you’ve done everything right. You’ve tracked, trained, meal-prepped, and hustled, and menopause still changed the game.

As a Menopausal Nutrition Specialist with a Master’s in Kinesiology and nearly 30 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, I help midlife women reclaim their energy, confidence, and strength through smart, sustainable strategies that actually work with their changing hormones. As a peri-menopause thriver, mom of 3, and proud new grandma, I bring empathy, humor, and real-life experience to every conversation.
