Between long hours, unpredictable schedules, and the constant pull to show up for everyone else, it’s easy to lose track of your own energy, nutrition, and goals.

The Shift Strong Collective is a 12-week small-group accountability program designed specifically for nurses who want to bring the same focus and care they give their patients to their own strength, recovery, and adventure.

Led by Coach Laura Hall, this group will help you create systems that work with your rotating schedule, not against it. Together, we’ll tackle the unique challenges of shift life, from fueling during nights to training through fatigue, while building resilience and community along the way.

By the end of 12 weeks, you’ll have the tools, strategies, and support to stay fueled, strong, and adventure-ready, no matter what your week looks like.

What You’ll Experience

Each week, you’ll join Laura and your group for live coaching calls and accountability check-ins. You’ll walk through a flexible framework that helps you:

Phase I – Foundations (Weeks 1–4)

Think of this as orientation — find your baseline, set personal goals, and get to know the rest of the team.

  • Build awareness around your shift schedule, sleep, and fueling habits.

  • Learn how to stabilize your nutrition and energy across different shift patterns.

Phase II – Strength & Structure (Weeks 5–8)

Discover simple ways to train around shift schedules, manage stress, and build resilience that lasts beyond the unit.

  • Discover how to integrate strength and recovery into your real-world schedule.

  • Learn to balance performance, flexibility, and self-care — even during the most chaotic rotations.

Phase III – Resilience & Application (Weeks 9–12)

Learn how to transition your shift-strong foundation into adventure readiness — and maintain balance for the long haul.

  • Apply what you’ve learned to your life beyond the hospital halls.

  • Refine systems for fueling, training, and adventure prep that actually fit your lifestyle.

For nurses who work hard, play hard, and want to thrive, on shift and off.

    • Weekly Group Calls every Wednesday at 4 PM MT (recorded for replay)

    • Every-Other-Week Office Hours for deeper discussion and individualized Q&A, because we know shiftwork often doesn’t come with a set schedule

  • Not exactly. This is an accountability group that focuses on helping you apply nutrition, training, and recovery strategies within the context of shift life. You’ll receive tools and resources to support your current training and fueling plan, but this is not a prescriptive meal or workout program.

  • Nope! The Shift Strong Collective is open to all nurses, whether or not you’re currently part of another EPN or TPA program.

  • Perfect. This program was created specifically for you. Every call, resource, and discussion is designed with the realities of shift work in mind; including how to manage nutrition, recovery, and training with nontraditional hours.

  • All calls will be recorded and available for replay. You’ll also have access to the community space where you can ask questions and get feedback from Laura between sessions, as well as every-other-week office hours (schedule TBD), because we recognize that shift life doesn’t come with a set schedule.

  • You’ll have a clear structure, the strategies that work best for your schedule, and the accountability tools to maintain them long-term. You’ll also have the option to continue with additional accountability or transition into other EPN programs if you want ongoing support.
