Hi, I’m Laura
I’m (the other) Laura, and I wear a lot of hats (literally and figuratively). I’m a nurse, endurance coach, outdoor enthusiast, and someone who believes that you can chase big goals without burning out doing it.
My career hasn’t followed a straight line — it’s been lived in the cracks between hospital shifts, mountain ridgelines, ski descents, trail miles, and search-and-rescue missions. I’ve learned a few things along the way:
Long shifts and unpredictable schedules don’t have to mean sacrificing your health
Adventure and resilience belong together
Strength isn’t built by ignoring stress — it’s built by understanding it
I help women — especially nurses and high-demand professionals — feel confident, capable, and physically ready for the adventures they dream about, whether that’s a trail race, a multi-day mountain objective, or just showing up to life with energy left in the tank.
I believe we can all do hard things, at our own pace. You don’t have to be the fastest or most experienced to get out there and have fun. You can try new things at any age and any stage. You might just need a little guidance, and that’s where I come in — with a strategy that fits your real life:
