Each cohort has a specific focus depending on your periodization goals.

Our current offerings include:

  • Performance Cohorts: Build muscle in the off-season and transition into race prep for the summer.

  • Pure Muscle Building Cohorts: Dedicated groups for men and women. Don’t worry, no co-mingling here.

  • Midlife & Menopause Cohorts: Navigate peri and post-menopause with a group of women going through the same hormonal transitions.

  • Mom Strong Cohorts: Rebuild your health and fitness foundation after putting everyone else first for too long.

  • The Shift Strong Collective: For nurses and healthcare workers looking to thrive while navigating taking care of everyone else. (not currently enrolling, read more here).
