Tabitha’s Graduate Case Study

Tabitha’s Journey:

Tabitha joined EPN’s inaugural July 2023 maintenance cohort. Her goals included really learning how to consistently fuel her body and making a number of her goals, like eating enough protein and carbs, autonomous.

From July 2023 to April 2024, she did just that. Increasing her average intake from 1900 calories to 2500 calories.

During that time, she transitioned from training to build muscle to training to run her first half marathon in March, (2) half marathons, to be clear!

In April, she decided to graduate, and we couldn’t be prouder.

From Tabitha:

“Words cannot describe how thankful and eye-opening this experience has been. It was the perfect balance of meeting me where I’m at, giving me space but also holding me accountable and pushing me when I needed to be pushed.

You have provided the education & tools that I can manage nutrition myself as long as I continue to put in the work.”

Non-Scale Wins:

  • Overall, she feels a lot better with consistency.

  • She is Empowered and educated on what her body needs and why it feels the way it does when she lives life to the fullest.

  • She feels more power and energy for runs.

  • She has decreased cravings and is satisfied after meals.
