Hey there, welcome! I’m Mickee, the coach you call when you’ve done all the things: tracked, trained, meal-prepped, and hustled… but perimenopause and menopause changed the rules on you.
With a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and nearly thirty years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, and Menopausal Nutrition Specialist, I have helped hundreds of women feel strong, capable, and confident even in a season when everything feels different.
As a current peri-menopause thriver, wife, mom of three, and proud new grandma, I bring empathy, humor, and big-sister energy to every conversation. I understand the frustrations, the surprises, and the deep desire to feel like yourself again. After all, I’ve walked the journey you are currently on and I’m here to help you feel and look better again.
I spent several years not feeling like myself when the puffiness, rage, insomnia, low energy, and new belly fat became my constant perimenopausal companion. In that uncomfortable space, I continued to show up for my workouts and my food choices and put in the lifestyle work with discipline. I’m proud of myself for doing the hard things (even when I didn’t feel like it) because it has paid off with a return to the old me, but with more muscle and less body fat!
