What 1:1 coaching with me actually looks like:
At its core, 1:1 coaching with me is about building a body and a system that can actually support the life and training you’re asking of it. I don’t just “give macros” or hand you a generic running plan.
I coach fueling, running, and strength together, in real time, so your training, recovery, hormones, stress, and lifestyle are all working in the same direction instead of competing with each other.
Inside my 1:1 coaching container, I personalize your macros and fueling strategy based on what you’re training for right now, whether that’s building muscle, preparing for a race, navigating pregnancy, returning to working out postpartum, or simply trying to feel like yourself again.
I write your running program with intention (volume, intensity, and pacing that match your capacity), and pair it with a strength training plan designed to support your running, not sabotage it. Every piece adjusts as your life adjusts: sleep, stress, travel, menstrual cycle, workload, and energy all inform how we progress.
What makes this different is that everything lives inside my custom framework called The Capacity Project. We’re not chasing short-term outcomes at the expense of burnout. We’re building resilience, both physically and neurologically, so you can train harder when it’s time, recover faster when it’s needed, and navigate seasons like pregnancy, postpartum, high-stress work phases, or heavy training blocks without falling apart. This is coaching for women who want to perform well and feel good doing it, now and long term.
