I ate exactly what my Garmin said I burned for the last month

Here’s what happened

Wouldn’t it be easier if our watches could just tell us how much to eat every day?

Trust me, it would make my life a thousand percent easier.

For the last month, I happened to eat almost exactly what my Garmin estimated I burned:

The last month, my average calorie intake has been nearly identical to my calculated calorie burn from my Garmin.

Average intake = 2,214

Average calorie burn = 2,210

Here’s what actually happened. 😅

Now when I took that exact same nutrition intake and weight data into our maintenance map?

I got a much more accurate maintenance range.

Let’s put YOUR wearable to the test.

Use your intake + scale weights to estimate your maintenance range, then compare it with your watch’s calorie burn using the EPN Maintenance or Fueling Map.
