Jessica’s Maintenance Success Case Study

Jessica joined the Intro to Maintenance Cohort in July to improve her overall relationship with nutrition as a prior collegiate athlete and to start putting the nutrition puzzle pieces together for herself.

After the maintenance cohort wrapped up, she decided to continue with us for a muscle-gaining phase.

Over the last 17 weeks, she has:

  • Improved her relationship with alcohol

  • Built a successful maintenance blueprint that allows her to eat 600 more calories a day

  • Is crushing her workouts and seeing tremendous progress in gym lifts following Paragon Training Methods 3-Day Physique Program

  • Created a foundation that will make future deficit and surplus phases nearly effortless

In 17 weeks, we have:

  • Increased calories from 1,950 - 2,550

  • Dropped inches while maintaining

  • Increased protein consumption by 30+g
