We’ll work together over the next two months to get eyes on your habits, nutrition, and progress now, so you’re already in motion when the cohort begins.

This is a short-term, high-impact coaching phase designed to help you build consistency and prepare for long-term success in your full cohort experience.

Track confidently and be able to share your food logs with your coach (a bonus that is not included in most cohorts) to help you navigate food choices with a little extra help.

Get familiar with the vibe, tools, and flow of our system ahead of time. There will be no scrambling to “get set up” on Day 1—we want you to feel clear, confident, and ready to roll.
✅ Guaranteed Spot in the July Cohort
Post the 2-month coaching package, you will have the option to opt-in to the cohort with monthly payments, this will only be offered to clients who do the pre-cohort coaching package.

For men ready to dial in strength, recovery, and nutrition for serious progress. Men, want to be on the same page as your spouse but not be in the same group? This is your spot.
Tentatively planned for 3pm PST/6pm EST on Tuesdays.
💪 6-Month Muscle Building for Women – Coach Laura Savino
Structured support for women looking to build muscle, fuel properly, and gain confidence in the gym and kitchen.
Tentatively planned for 4pm PST/7pm EST on Wednesdays.
🔥 6-Month Peri- & Post-Menopause Maintenance & Muscle – Coach Mickee
Supportive, strategic coaching for women navigating hormone shifts while prioritizing strength, muscle, and metabolism.
Tentatively planned for 12:30pm PST/3:30pm EST on Tuesdays.
⛰️ 6-Month Chasing Mountains & Building Muscle – Coach Laura Hall + Kate
For outdoor athletes and adventure-seekers prepping for fall races and building strength in the off-season.
Tentatively planned for 2pm PST/5pm EST on Wednesdays.
🤰 6-Month Hormonal Health, TTC, & Postpartum Cohort – Coach Kate
Supportive coaching and education for women in the pre-/post-baby seasons looking to regulate menstrual cycles, balance their hormones, and gain momentum in the next phase of their nutrition/fitness journey.
