Are you new to nutrition or feeling like past tracking attempts left you more stressed than supported? Carli’s 13-week cohort, starting July 21st, is the ideal place to begin—especially if you want to finally make sense of nutrition without spiraling into restriction or overwhelm.

This expanded version of our original 8-week course goes deeper, giving you the tools to track with confidence, build sustainable habits, and understand the “why” behind your nutrition decisions.

With the added time, we’ll not only master the basics but also build the foundational nutrition skills to carry you confidently into planning your future periodization of maintenance, muscle building, or fat loss—setting you up to navigate the 2025 holiday season with confidence.

What if your time with a coach wasn’t indefinite but intentionally designed to end? At EPN, our goal isn’t to keep you dependent. It’s to empower you with the skills, systems, and self-trust to manage your nutrition confidently on your own. 

After completing the nutrition foundations cohort, you’ll have the option to continue with the group, finding the top end of maintenance and navigating the holiday season. Post holidays you’ll work through a guided fat loss phase—solidifying your knowledge and giving you a complete cycle of periodization under your belt.

By the end of this path, you won’t just know what to do—you’ll understand why you’re doing it. Because the best coaching experience is the one that makes you your own expert.
