These interactive sessions will provide an opportunity to discuss homework assignments, address challenges, and problem-solve together. While the calls will be recorded for your convenience, active participation is highly encouraged for a more immersive experience.

  • Gain access to our exclusive community app, where you'll find all the resources for your course. This app will be your hub for video calls, community chat, and accessing course materials.

  • Every Sunday night, we'll release 10-15 minute educational homework pieces to deepen your knowledge and understanding. These valuable resources will provide you with insights and strategies to support your nutrition journey.

  • You'll receive a personalized check-in sheet to evaluate your own data and track your progress. Our coaches will provide guidance on how to effectively use this tool, empowering you to analyze and optimize your nutrition data.

An Accountability Group Exclusively for Coaches

Until now, our cohorts have been reserved for personal use only. But we’ve heard from so many coaches who wanted a space to learn, connect, and be supported in the EPN way—and this fall, we’re making it happen.

This isn’t a standard cohort with written education or handouts. Instead, it’s a verbal, discussion-based accountability group led by Mickee Stillman, where you’ll move through the same periodization phases our clients experience, but learn them through conversation, application, and real-time coaching.

If you’re a coach who values professional growth, accountability, and community, this is your opportunity to join a group of like-minded peers and explore how the EPN approach can strengthen both your practice and your clients’ success.

    • Verbal Coaching, Not Written Curriculum: You’ll still experience maintenance, building, fat loss, and return to maintenance—just taught in a verbal, discussion-based format designed for application and retention.

    • Practical Troubleshooting: Bring real client scenarios to the table and workshop them with Mickee and the group, gaining perspective and solutions you can implement right away.
