how to account for partially tracked days

The Cronometer hack you didn’t know you needed this holiday season

What is a partially tracked day?

A partially tracked day is where you may have only tracked breakfast, supplements, or just your protein intake for the day.

If you utilize cronometer reports, it can be frustrating to have partially tracked days in your food log artificially dragging down your weekly/monthly averages.

Follow these steps to weed out partially tracked days from your food log reports, by using the mark days as complete function.

Step #1: check the box

Check the box whenever you have a fully tracked day

Leave it unchecked for partially tracked days.

Step #2 Filter your Reports

A Few notes

The mark days as complete function also locks those days from being edited! Getting into the habit of using this feature keeps you from accidentally editing prior days

  • If you have several partially tracked days, know that your weekly report may be significantly skewed depending on if intake was severely different on tracked vs untracked days
