What This Weekend Is About

Most fitness weekends are either all workouts or all nutrition.
We’re doing both.

You’ll spend two full days learning:

  • How to train your lower body and upper body for real hypertrophy

  • How to cook high-protein meals that actually taste good

  • How to fuel, recover, and plan your nutrition to support strength

This is not a retreat where you watch demos and take notes.
This is a hands-on, technique-focused, and skill-building experience with the EPN Community we’re known for.

What you’ll learn

Two 4-hour training & Learning sessions at Atomic Athlete:

Saturday (12:00–4:00 PM) - Lower Body Intensive

  • Squat mechanics

  • Hinge variations

  • Glute vs. quad emphasis

  • Accessory programming

  • Common mistakes + simple fixes

  • Dialing in tempo

Sunday (12:30–4:00 PM) - Upper Body Intensive

  • Shoulder positioning

  • Pressing setup (bench, DB, OHP)

  • Pulling mechanics (rows, pulldown variations)

  • Learning your own biomechanics

This is coaching instruction at a level you won’t find on YouTube or Instagram. You’ll get hands-on cueing, feedback, and technique refinement.

What You’ll Learn to cook

You’ll learn from the grill master himself, Matt Savino, how to make mouthwatering meal prep that doesn’t taste like dry week-old leftovers.

Dinner #1: Friday Night (Optional Welcome Dinner)

Lean Protein Fundamentals: Chicken Breast + Tri-Tip
Learn how to cook two staple proteins perfectly:

  • Avoiding dry chicken breast

  • Tri-tip slicing & temp control

  • Quick, GF/DF-friendly sides

Dinner #2: Saturday Night

Fajita Night: Flank Steak + Chicken Thighs
Hands-on workshop teaching:

  • Marinades

  • Cast iron vs. grill sear

Ready to join?

If you’re tired of:

  • Guessing if your squat is actually driving glute growth

  • Hoping your bench form is fine because no one ever taught you otherwise

  • Meal prepping the same bland chicken for the 87th time

  • Feeling like you’re doing this alone

…then it’s time to train, learn, and eat with people who get it.

If you want to:

  • Stop second-guessing your form

  • Learn from you coach hands-on

  • Level up your protein cooking game

  • Meet like-minded, strength-curious women
