Have you ever wanted to experience a full cycle of structured nutrition and training: maintenance, muscle building, fat loss, and back to maintenance, without second-guessing what comes next?
That’s exactly what the Annual Periodization Cohort is designed to do.
Additionally, it’s the only time we’re offering a monthly payment option for a cohort this year.
We’re kicking off the Annual Periodization Cohort the week of October 19th, with live group calls every Tuesday from 7:30–8:30 PM CST. Together, we’ll hard-launch into a structured plan that takes you through every nutrition phase you need for long-term success.
We’ll guide you through a full year of nutrition and training periodization, step by step:
Phase I: Maintenance & Setup (Oct–Nov)
Four weeks of maintenance to stabilize intake, collect data, and set the stage for success.
Phase II: Muscle Build (Nov–Feb)
Transition into a strategic 15-week build, beginning Thanksgiving week and carrying through winter.
Learn how to optimize calorie surplus, lift with intent, and build lean muscle (and minimize bodyfat gain) without losing lifestyle flexibility.
Phase III: Fat Loss (Mar–May)
Kick off a focused fat loss phase in early March, learning how to lose bodyfat effectively and efficently
Phase IV: Summer Maintenance (Jun–Jul)
Sustain your results with confidence by learning how to maintain your physique, manage flexibility, and walk into summer knowing exactly how to fuel.
This cohort is for you, if:
You’ve been stuck bouncing between “diet mode” and “winging it” and want to learn the whole year cycle finally.
You want to commit to a build, but need the reassurance of expert guidance on when and how to pivot.
You want to start 2026 with a strong foundation, knowing how to flexibly manage muscle gain, fat loss, and maintenance without guessing.
This cohort isn’t for beginners:
Because we’ll be transitioning into a build phase within the first few weeks, we’re looking for members who already have a solid foundation in food tracking and are comfortable with the basics. If you’re brand new to tracking, this may not be the best starting point; but if you’re ready to hit the ground running with expert guidance, this group is a perfect fit.

Phase I: Build Prep - October & November
The first 4 weeks will be dedicated to laying the foundation: dialing in your tracking, stabilizing intake, and preparing to launch into your build. By Thanksgiving week, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running.
Phase II: Muscle Build - November - February
We’ll transition into a 15-week calorie surplus to maximize muscle gain while minimizing fat gain. You’ll learn how to optimize your training, navigate workout programming, and manage lifestyle challenges through the holiday season.
Phase III: Fat Loss - March - May
After wrapping up the build at the end of February, you’ll enter a focused 12-week fat loss phase. We’ll teach you the principles of setting up and executing an effective cut so you lose body fat while retaining your hard-earned muscle.
Phase IV: Return to Maintenance - June - JulyTo close the loop, we’ll transition back to maintenance. You’ll learn how to sustain your results, manage flexibility, and solidify the foundations needed to graduate with full confidence in your ability to run these phases on your own.
