Have you been intrigued by periodizing your year to maximize building muscle and feeling your best but are unsure how to start? Are you excited about building muscle and taking control of your nutrition?
Join us for our Annual Periodization Membership. This month-to-month cohort option will only be offered once per year, with the entire year planned out for you.
Prep Week: Nov 2nd - 10th—This is when you’ll be admitted to the cohort, work through the first two course materials, and have your check-in sheet filled in.
Build Foundations: Nov 11th—24th—The first two calls will be about preparing for the build, setting your own muscle-building targets, and ensuring you’re set up for success.
14-Week Muscle Building Phase: Nov 25th - March 2nd—Just in time for U.S. Thanksgiving, we’ll start a 14-week build season designed to maximize muscle gain while adding minimal bodyfat. Here we’ll discuss the nutrition and training aspects to ensure your best build phase yet.
12-Week Fat Loss Phase: March 2nd - May 25th—Post-build, we’ll enter a targeted fat loss phase, during which you will learn how to set your own targets and make adjustments to execute a successful fat loss phase.
Maintenance May 26th - August 31st—Here, you’ll have the foundation to maintain the muscle build and fat loss results. After this phase, you'll be ready to graduate and confidently track nutrition on your own.
This is designed for the person who is confident in their tracking abilities and is looking to gain that next level of knowledge to maximize muscle gain, minimize body fat gain, and lock in their best physique yet. The person who is the best fit for this cohort:
Is confident in tracking their nutrition and has already been tracking (as part of prep week, you will need to pull up your last few weeks of nutrition starting from October 21st)
Is mentally ready to enter a build phase and work towards increasing numbers on the scale
Is an intermediate at strength training and following, or ready to follow, a hypertrophy-based program.
Is finally ready to kick the training wheels off and understand how their body manages building muscle and fat loss phases.

Education is released weekly on Fridays.
Custom check-in form for you to use throughout the course
Weekly cohort calls (will be recorded for weeks you cannot attend, No calls the weeks of Christmas and New Years Eve)

You will know how to manipulate food to optimize muscle gain and minimize fat gain in a build
You will know how to manipulate food and activity to optimize fat loss and minimize muscle loss in a fat loss phase
You will have a firm grasp on understanding scale fluctuations
You will directly understand your maintenance calorie needs and how to make adjustments to your targets for future maintenance, fat loss, and muscle-building phases
You will build a custom blueprint for your nutrition, on how to navigate future maintenance, fat loss, and muscle-building phases
You will easily manage your nutrition at the end of this cohort through all periodization phases.

Support in both Training and Nutrition: You receive expert guidance not just in nutrition but also in the aspects of strength training to ensure your programming is best tailored to maximize muscle growth and minimize fat gain.
Personalized Plans: You are in the driver's seat of determining the best course of action for you, guided by your coach.
Expert Guidance: Receive support and advice from your coach in every call.
Community Support: Join a community of like-minded individuals for motivation and encouragement throughout your journey.

The investment is $179 per month
Waitlist members will be able to join on November 2nd for prep week. Enrollment closes on November 10th or when the cohort is full.

These interactive sessions will provide an opportunity to discuss homework assignments, address challenges, and problem-solve together. While the calls will be recorded for your convenience, active participation is highly encouraged for a more immersive experience.
