While the calls will be recorded for your convenience, active participation is highly encouraged for a more immersive experience.

  • Every Sunday night, we'll release 10-15 minute educational homework pieces to deepen your knowledge and understanding. These valuable resources will provide you with insights and strategies to support your nutrition journey.

  • You'll receive a personalized check-in sheet to evaluate your own data and track your progress. Our coaches will provide guidance on how to effectively use this tool, empowering you to analyze and optimize your nutrition data.

6-Month Muscle Building Cohort

We’re kicking off our next 6-month Muscle Building Cohort on July 21st, and for the first time ever, we’re offering separate men’s and women’s groups—running parallel on the same timeline.

So if you and your spouse want to build together (without, y'know, actually being on the same calls and having your own private group spaces), this was made for you.

Whether you’re transitioning out of a spring fat loss phase or ready to take your training and physique to the next level, this group is designed to help you build muscle in the smartest, most strategic way possible—without sacrificing your social life or burning out halfway through.

We’ll walk you through:

  • How to fine-tune your nutrition to support hypertrophy

  • Learning how to Interpret your progress using data and biofeedback

  • Gym training strategies that will level up your productivity and efficiently build muscle

  • Mastering lifestyle flexibility without limiting your gains

This is for you if you're confident in your tracking and are ready to unlock the next level: maximizing muscle gain, minimizing fat gain, and laying the foundation for a killer 2026 physique.

The cohort runs July 21st–January 18th, and yes, that perfectly positions you to roll into the Continuing Fat Loss cohort once this wraps.

    • Education is released weekly on Fridays.

    • Custom check-in form for you to use throughout the course

    • Weekly cohort calls except on major holiday weeks and one week in October (will be recorded for weeks you cannot attend)

  • Phase I: Building the foundations - July & August

    This is where we’ll gather data, optimize our current intake, and navigate how to best implement nutrition principles at home, when eating out, or when traveling. We’ll dig into the foundations to ensure we’re ready for a successful build phase.

    Phase II: Muscle Build - September - December

    We will transition calorie surplus to optimize muscle gain and minimize body fat gain. We will dig into muscle-building principles and how to navigate workout programming optimally. Additionally, we’ll be tackling the lifestyle aspects that come along with building through the holiday season

    Phase III: Prep for Fat Loss - January 

    The last two weeks of the cohort will be fat loss prep and how to transition into an effective fat loss phase after the initial 6-month cohort wraps up (all cohort members will be given the option to continue to the fat loss phase).

    • You will know how to manipulate food to optimize muscle gain and minimize fat gain

    • You will have a firm grasp of understanding scale fluctuations and how to manage the mental side of data gathering

    • You will directly understand your maintenance calorie needs and how to adjust your targets for future maintenance and muscle-building phases.

    • You will build a custom blueprint for your nutrition and feel confident navigating future maintenance and muscle-building phases on your own

    •  (note: all cohort participants will have the option to continue directly into a performance, fat loss, or continuing muscle-building phase).

    • Support in both Training and Nutrition: You receive expert guidance not just in nutrition but also in the aspects of strength training to ensure your programming is best tailored to maximize muscle growth and minimize fat gain.

    • Personalized Plans: While the cohort is structured for a 4-5 month build, you are in the driver's seat of determining the best timing for you with Laura’s help.

    • Expert Guidance: Receive support and advice from Laura in every call.

    • Community Support: Join a community of like-minded individuals for motivation and encouragement throughout your journey.

      • Women’s Group - 4-5 PM PST / 7-8 PM EST on Wednesdays

      • Men’s Group - 3-4 PM PST / 6-7 PM EST on Tuesdays
