You will have a much better understanding of your body and how your hormones fluctuate throughout your menstrual cycle.
You will learn how to optimize food intake to help with hormonal balance and weight maintenance.
You will have a better understanding of scale fluctuations and how to manage the mental side of gathering scale data.
You will directly understand your maintenance calorie needs and how to adjust your targets for the future.
You will build a custom blueprint for your nutrition and feel confident navigating future nutrition and fitness-related goals.
(Note: all cohort participants will have the option to continue the cohort after the initial 6 month period ends).
